How to make your media kit

2

Add your numbers

Followers, average views and engagement for each platform, plus your audience's ages, gender and countries from your app's insights.

3

Download and send

Add past brands and rates if you want them shown, then download a PDF for emails or a PNG for DMs.

What goes in a media kit

A media kit is a creator's one-page pitch to brands: who you are, how many people you reach, who those people are, and what working with you costs. Brands use it to decide quickly whether your audience matches theirs, so the audience section (ages, gender, countries) matters as much as follower counts.

Use numbers from the last 30 to 90 days in Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics or YouTube Studio, and update them every few months. Average views and engagement say more than followers, so include them where you can; the engagement rate calculator works them out. Rates are optional: leave them off to discuss them by email, or use the sponsorship rate calculator to set them.

The kit is drawn in your browser at A4 size and saved as a PDF or PNG on your device. Your text is kept in this browser's storage so it's there when you come back; your photo isn't stored and nothing is uploaded.

Frequently asked questions

What should a media kit include?

Your name and niche, a short bio, follower counts with average views and engagement per platform, audience age, gender and location, brands you've worked with, rates or a note to ask, and how to contact you.

Should I put my rates in my media kit?

It's up to you. Listing them saves back-and-forth with small brands; leaving them off lets you price each deal. Many creators send a version without rates and share them on request.

How often should I update my media kit?

Every one to three months, or whenever your numbers change noticeably. Brands notice stale figures.

Is my information uploaded?

No. The kit is drawn and saved on your device. Your text stays in your browser's storage so you can come back to it.
